This session enables for interaction between the ministers of the IACO Member States in order to deliberate on the various policy issues affecting young people and women in the coffee industry in Africa.

Under this year's theme "What national policies to promote youth and women's activities for the emergence of the coffee industry in Africa?" Ministers will be invited to share the experiences and perspectives of their respective countries. This will include actions taken to support young people and women in the coffee industry in our respective African countries.
